The Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres, has called for members to contribute to the stabilization of countries on the horn of Africa including Somalia, which faces attacks from Al Shabaab and a drought that threatens to turn to famine. Somalis continue to return to their homeland in spite of the unstable situation there.
