At the Green Valley Township Cemetery in Park Rapids, Minn., Robert Fletcher sits on the tombstone of his son, Blake, who was 3 1/2 months old when he died the first morning attending daycare. Fletcher tries to visit the grave site every week. The cause of death is undetermined, but a contributing factor was being placed facedown in a playpen. (Star Tribune)
